You should be able to return your iPad Mini within 14 days if you purchased it from an Apple Store (this may not apply to countries outside the USA).

Otherwise, your only option is to sell the iPad and buy a new one.

Hello i got the old iPad mini, my sister bought it a couples of years ago and its start to have some problems the system are slow (more in the safari) and sometimes the apps close automatic, so i want to know if i could exchange?

Apple doesn't do exchanges.

You would need to reset the device to factory settings, make sure your Apple ID is no longer associated with the iPad and try and sell it yourself and then used the money you received toward a purchase of another new or refurbished iPad model.

There are ways to help speed up iDevices.

Apple does not do this for you, though.

If you are having issues with your iPad, it maybe both software and hardware and user control related.

If your iPad isn't running better after you have tried all of my tips and suggestions, if you want, if you have any important data that you wish to save, back it up to the latest iTunes on a computer or to Apple iCloud, then bring it into an Apple Store to see if they can correct its problems before you try and sell it on your own.

You can run upto 10 devices no wires

Look at mobile phone shops ask your network provider.

Also good for holidays cheaper than a 3G/4G ipad.
